RS-200 series Thermal Mass Flow Meter flanged gas mass flow meter low flow thermal sensor compressed air natural gas pipeline
RS-200 series Thermal Mass Flow Meter flanged gas mass flow meter low flow thermal sensor compressed air natural gas pipelineNOTE
Considerations for Selecting a Thermal Mass Flow Meter:
·Gas Type: Confirm the gas type (e.g., air, natural gas, carbon dioxide) and whether it is a pure gas or a mixture. Please inform us in advance to ensure precise calibration tailored to your specific application.
·Applicable media: Common stable gases (unstable media such as acetylene and boron trichloride cannot be measured).
·Sensitivity to Moisture: This flow meter is sensitive to moisture content and is Suitable for measuring dry gases, high humidity in the gas can damage the sensor probe.
·Pipe Size and Installation: Select the appropriate size or installation type based on the pipeline conditions and flow rate. For any custom requirements, please contact us.
·Flange Connection: The default flange connection standard is DIN/EN1092-1-2018 (German/European standard). Please refer to the dimension chart on the product details page for specific flange sizes.
If you require customized flanges in other standards such as ANSI/ASME (American standard), JIS (Japanese standard), BS (British standard), or GOST (Russian standard), please contact us.
Measurement Principle
·Principle: Based on the thermal dispersion principle, the mass flow is calculated by measuring the amount of heat carried away by the gas flow.
·Structure: Typically consists of two temperature sensors—one measures the gas temperature, while the other acts as a heating element, maintaining a constant temperature difference.
Key Features
·Direct Mass Measurement: Measures gas mass flow directly without the need for temperature and pressure compensation.
·High Accuracy: Measurement accuracy typically reaches 1% or higher.
·Wide Measurement Range: Capable of measuring a wide range of flow rates, from very low (approximately 0.1 Nm/s) to high speeds (over 100 Nm/s).
·Fast Response: Responds quickly to changes in flow rate, with a response time usually within 1 second.
·Moving Parts: Simple structure, excellent vibration resistance, and long service life.
·Versatile Medium Compatibility: Suitable for measuring various clean gases.
Applications
·Measurement of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, chlorine, and multi-component gases.
·Measurement of blast furnace gas and coke oven gas.
·Measurement of natural gas, liquefied gas, torch gas, and other gas flows.
·Measurement of primary and secondary air flow in power plant blast furnaces.
·Measurement of ventilation or exhaust system flow rates in mines.
·Measurement of flue gas.
·Measurement of compressed air.
