Product Description
PTFE Microwave COD Digestion Vessel 30ml 50ml 100ml High Temperature Acid Resistant Lab Reaction Tank Screw Cap Design
PTFE Microwave COD Digestion Vessel 30ml 50ml 100ml High Temperature Acid Resistant Lab Reaction Tank Screw Cap Design1.NOTE:
This PTFE digestion vessel is designed for chemical analysis, synthesis reactions, environmental monitoring, and geological exploration.
Default Limits: Maximum temperature: 220°C; Maximum pressure: 0.8MPa. Do not exceed these limits.
Safety Requirements: Grounding is required during operation to prevent electric discharge or fire hazard.
Usage Instructions: After adding the sample, tightly close the lid and ensure the vessel mouth fits securely into the sealing groove. Insert the vessel into the protective sleeve, place it in the frame, and tighten the top screw using a torque wrench.
After Digestion: Allow the temperature to cool below 80°C. Then, inside a fume hood, slowly release the vent screw to discharge internal gas. Only after full pressure release may you loosen the top screw.
