LZM gas series flow meters are specifically calibrated based on the density of air and are designed for use with air only. Using these meters with other gases can result in inaccurate measurements, potential equipment damage, and serious safety hazards.

The liquid series flow meters are similarly calibrated using the density of pure water and should only be used with water. For other media—such as mixed gases, hydrogen, ammonia, chlorine, argon, methanol, or acetone—a customized flow range must be configured. Please contact customer service for tailored solutions.
