Note:
1. The product power is set to 8 at the factory, which basically corresponds to most split superchargers on the market. If the customer uses an integrated supercharger, please set it to 12.
2. P13 in the manual is the power setting of the product. If the supercharger is incompatible, the customer needs to adjust it to 8 or 12.
3. Please note that the controller model is sent randomly. Please confirm whether you are satisfied before placing an order.
How to use: After getting the product, please be sure to align the phase first: plug in the smart identification line and identify the motor. The identification line is two green lines. After plugging in, pay attention to suspend the car, and the motor will run automatically. At this time, if the direction of rotation of the motor is correct, run for 10 to 15 seconds, disconnect the identification line, if the direction is opposite, disconnect the identification line and plug it back, the motor direction will change to forward, run for another 10 to 15 seconds, disconnect the identification line, and the motor direction will change to forward. Run for another 10-15 seconds, disconnect the identification line, and the motor direction will change to forward. Run for another 10-15 seconds, disconnect the identification line, and it's done. After the identification is completed, the identification line remains disconnected, do not plug it back
Important Notes
Brushless controllers are only used for brushless motors, which are 3-phase wires + 5 or 6 Hall sensor wires.
Not for use with brushed motors, which have 2 wires only. Please do not order this controller for brushed motors.

P07: Number of speed magnets: range: 1-100:
This parameter is related to the speed displayed by the instrument and needs to be entered correctly;
If it is an ordinary hub motor, enter the number of magnets directly;
If it is a high-speed motor, you also need to calculate the reduction ratio, input data = number of magnets x reduction ratio;
For example: the number of motor magnets is 20, the reduction ratio is 4.3: the input data is: 86=20x4.3
P08: speed limit: range 0-100km/h, 100 means no speed limit
The input data here indicates the maximum operating speed of the vehicle: for example, input 25, which means that the maximum operating speed of the vehicle will not exceed 25km/h; the driving speed is maintained at the set value,
Error: 1km/h; (both the power assist and the handlebar are limited)
Note: The value here is based on kilometers. When the unit setting is converted from kilometers to miles, the speed value on the display interface will automatically be converted to the correct mile value, but the speed limit value set in this menu under the mile interface will not be converted, and it is inconsistent with the actual displayed mile speed limit value;If you are using it for an E-scooter hub motor, this controller also supports 5 wire Hall sensors. Please make sure the motor has a Hall sensor because this controller gets the RPM from the Hall sensor as a signal for the LCD speed display, if your motor does not have a Hall sensor, this controller cannot provide RPM data for the LCD.
Do not use for Hall damaged or Hall-less motors (Hall-less motors have 3-phase wires only). Please do not use for brushed motors, this controller does not support it.

Tip:
This controller hall sensor is 5 wire, LCD get phase speed display, this controller is also compatible with 6 wire hall sensor.
about Speed Limiting Connector
This controller does not support setting speed limit from P08 of LCD, but this controller has a speed limit connector reserved, plugging this connector means the controller enters the speed limit mode. The speed limit value designed in our lab is 25km/h. But since this controller is a universal controller, the speed limit value is not the same in different motors, some motors have a speed limit of 15km, some motors have a speed limit of 20km, some motors have a speed limit of 18km, some motors have a speed limit of 27km. this is not a quality problem, this is a normal problem for universal controllers, if you can't accept this problem, don't order.
We must truthfully describe all the functions of the controller, so that you can buy the most suitable controller.
Q: Does it support my motor?
A: Brushless Hall motors are supported, 5-wire Hall and 6-wire Hall are OK.
Q: Is my motor a brushless motor?
A: Brushless motor is 3-phase wire (thick wire) + 6 or 5 Hall wire (thin), others are not brushless motor.
Q: Why does the LCD display E07?
A: It's because you install it for the first time, the controller didn't finish matching, please plug the self-learning wires to match your motor, then the high speed drive E07 will disappear.
Q: How to match the motor?
A: Please plug the self-learning wires (the male and female connectors of the two green wires) on the controller after powering on, the motor will be driven, if the motor is driven in the reverse direction, please disconnect it and change the driving direction again. If the motor is driven in the reverse direction, please disconnect it and change the driving direction again. After the motor is driven stably and in the forward direction, please disconnect the self-learning wires and drive the motor at high speed with the throttle to complete the matching.

P06 please set your wheel diameter in inches, for example the wheel diameter is 27.5inch, please set it to 27.5 in P06 and it will be OK.
Then please open your cell phone Google map navigation APP to measure the speed, please ride with high speed and observe the real time speed shown by the navigation and the real time speed shown by the LCD, if the speed shown by the LCD is less than the real time speed shown by the navigation, please reduce the parameter in P07. If the speed displayed by LCD is higher than the real-time speed displayed by navigation, please increase the parameter in P07.
And so on, until the setting is the same as the real-time speed of the navigation display, then you can stop setting, that is to say, the speed display matching is completed.
