Q: Is my motor a brushless motor?

A: A brushless motor refers to a 3-phase (thick) motor with 6 or 5 Hall effect wires (thin). Other types of motors are not brushless.

Q: Why does the LCD screen display E07?

A: This is because this is your first installation, and the controller has not yet completed the matching process. Please connect the self-learning cable to match your motor. After that, the E07 error will disappear during high-speed drive.

Q: How do I match the motor?

A: After powering on, please connect the self-learning cable (the male and female ends of the two green wires) to the controller. The motor will run. If the motor rotates in reverse, please disconnect and readjust the drive direction. After the motor is running stably in the correct direction, please disconnect the self-learning cable and use the throttle to drive the motor at high speed to complete the matching process.
