2. Technical description:
2.1 Electrical performance overview:
810 is an LED intelligent display instrument used for lithium-ion
bicycles, which can accurately display various states of the vehicle
during driving in real time. Various functions can be converted and
controlled through buttons on the operation panel. The working voltage
range is from 24V to 60V, and it has the following functions:
2.1.1 Electric door lock switch:
After the power is connected to the instrument panel, press the
power button on the instrument panel. There will be voltage output
on the DS line, which is approximately the supply voltage of the
power supply. Start the electrical system of the entire vehicle
and press the power button again. The voltage on the DS line will
disappear and the electrical system of the entire vehicle will stop
working.
2.1.2 Voltage accuracy calibration:
The power display accuracy of 810 is within ± 0.2V. Due to errors in the voltage
sampling circuit, the software system has added an automatic calibration function for
voltage accuracy.
(1)Before powering on the automatic calibration instrument,
adjust the voltage of the debugging power supply to the
calibration value (try to ensure the accuracy of the
calibration voltage). The calibration value of the voltage is
the nominal voltage value of the instrument, for example, the
calibration voltage of a 24V instrument is 24V. After powering
on the instrument, press the power button (press to release),
and the four LEDs on the instrument panel that display the
battery level will flash quickly (twice per second), indicating
that the instrument has automatically entered voltage
calibration mode. Press the assist gear switch button, save
the calibration value, and exit calibration mode. Explanation:
Automatic calibration is only effective on the first power up
after burning the program.
(2)If automatic calibration fails due to external interference,
manual calibration mode can be entered. Adjust the voltage of
the debugging power supply to the calibration value, hold
down the power assist gear switch button, press the power button,
and then hold down the power assist gear switch button for 5
seconds without releasing it. The four LED lights on the panel

that display the battery level will flash quickly (twice per second),
indicating that the instrument has entered voltage calibration mode.
Press the power assist gear switch button, save the calibration
value, and exit calibration mode.
2.1.3 LED power on self-test:
After the voltage accuracy calibration is completed, all LEDs on
the instrument circuit board will be turned on and off in sequence.
If the status and sequence of the lights up and off are incorrect,
it indicates that there is a malfunction in the instrument panel.
2.1.4 Battery level display:
The battery level display has four LEDs, each corresponding to a
voltage point. When the power supply voltage is higher than the set
voltage point, the corresponding LED lights up, and vice versa, the LED
turns off. Adjust the output voltage of the power supply (from high to
low, from low to high), and the LED on/off should meet the requirements
of the instrument set voltage point, with an error range of ± 0.2V.
Explanation: When the voltage rises, there is no delay for the
LED state to change. When the power supply voltage drops, there is a 3-
second delay for the LED state to change. That is, the LED state will
not change when the voltage drops for a short period of time.
2.1.5 Undervoltage reminder:
When the power supply voltage is lower than the minimum set voltage, the
undervoltage reminder LED starts flashing (once every second).
2.1.6 Assist gear adjustment:

The power assist is divided into three gears, corresponding to three LEDs.
Press the power assist gear switch button, and the power assist gears will
cycle through, with the corresponding LED lit up.
Explanation: (1) Due to different customer requirements, the default gear
for startup is optional.
(1) The cycling mode of the assist gear is optional.
PWM output voltage can be selected for different gear levels.
2.1.7 Headlight control:
Press the headlight control button, the headlight indicator LED will
be lit up, and there is a voltage output on the DD line, which is
approximately the power supply voltage. Press the headlight control
button again, the headlight indicator LED will turn off, and the
voltage on the DD line will disappear.
2.1.8 6KM cruise:
Long press the 6KM cruise control button without releasing it, PWM outputs 4V
voltage, and the 4V voltage disappears when the button is released.
2.1.9 Automatic shutdown:
If there is no button operation within 10 minutes and the power supply voltage fluctuation is
less than 0.25V, the instrument will automatically shut down. Explanation: The
automatic shutdown time is optional.
