PH-803W Internet of Things PH&ORP Controller

KL-803W is a new wifi monitoring digital acid-base and redox controller, which can measure and display pH value and redox value (ORP) at the same time. It has 2 BNC electrodes (pH and redox) and 2 Output sockets. It has a fast response speed and easy pH calibration. Both electrodes are detachable and can be easily replaced at any time without the need to purchase and replace the entire device.At the same time control other equipment related to pH and ORP to adjust the pH and redox value in the liquid. Accurately, easily and automatically monitor and control pH and ORP values and other control equipment related to pH and ORP. Operation：

1.Connecting AC power supply (Make sure the correct voltage.)
2.Connecting the PH and ORP electrode into the input terminal socket respectively.
3.Remove the protective cap and observe if the electrodes are clean and complete (note: do not touch the electrodes with your hands).
4.After cleaning the electrodes with distilled water or alcohol, dry the water on the plastic housing and shake off the small droplets on the electrodes, insert the device into the solution under test so that the measuring electrodes are immersed in the solution under test, and the depth of immersion of the electrodes must not exceed the length of the electrodes.
5.Put the electrodes into the measured solution to be tested.
6.Gently shake the device so that small bubbles on the electrodes leave the electrodes and read a stable display number when the value is stable.
7.After use, switch off the power supply, clean the electrodes with clean water and put on a protective cap.
8.It needs to be used for a long time, and the device and electrode should be fixed.

Calibration

pH calibration:

A . In pH6.86 Calibration solution
1.Connecting AC power supply. Immerse the ph electrode in a pH6.86 buffer solution, and gently shake it until the reading to stabilize.
2.Long press [b] ,until the indicator light of “pH” flashes.PH6.86 is shown in the first line.
3.（1）Short press [a] to exit the current mode if the calibration of ph6.86 is not performed.Then the device returns to measurement mode.
（2）Short press [c] to complete the calibration of pH 6.86 when the reading of the second line is stable if the calibration of ph6.86 is performed.Then the device automatically returns to measurement mode.
4.The calibration of pH6.86 is completed.

B . In pH4.00 Calibration solution
1.Connecting AC power supply.Immerse the ph electrode in a pH 4.00 buffer solution, and gently shake it until the reading to stabilize.
2.Long press [e],until the indicator light of “pH” flashes.pH 4.00 is shown in the first line.
3.（1）Short press [a] to exit the current mode if the calibration of pH 4.00 is not performed.Then the device returns to measurement mode.
（2）Short press [c] to complete the calibration of pH 4.00 when the reading of the second line is stable if the calibration of ph4.00 is performed.Then the device automatically returns to measurement mode.
4.The calibration of pH 4.00 is completed.

ORP calibration:

This meter has been accurately precalibrated for mV range at the factory. and there is no need for users to calibrate.

Note for PH-803W :

1. The electrode must be calibrated with a standard buffer solution with known ORP value before measurement.

2. The electrode socket must be highly marked and dry.

3. Before and after the measurement, the electrode should be cleaned with deionized water to ensure the measurement accuracy.

4. The electrode will be passivated after long-term use. The phenomenon is that the sensitivity gradient decreases, the response becomes slow, and the reading is inaccurate. At this time, the platinum sheet at the bottom of the electrode can be soaked in 0.1M dilute hydrochloric acid for 24 hours, and then use 3Mkcl solution. Soak in medium for several hours to restore performance.

5. Electrode contamination or blockage of the liquid junction will also passivate the electrode. At this time, it should be cleaned with an appropriate solution according to the nature of the pollutant. See below (for reference) for details.

6. The electrode life cycle is about one year, and the new electrode should be replaced in time after aging.
