The anti-slip rubber pads help keep your mounted monitor or accessories from twisting, and the sliding countersunk slots provide flexibility in positioning along the slots. The 1/4"-20 mounting threads on the bottom and the front allow you to mount various accessories, as well as mount this plate in a variety of configurations.
