Multi-Gradient Filters by Design
Our filters are made using multiple layers of increasing filtration quality. This allows for greater filtration lifespan as it will capture larger particles on the outside and finer particles on the inside. The filter will not plug up as quickly due to fine particles coating the whole exterior.
How it filters
When water enters the water filter housing, it flows around the exterior of the filter. Water will flow through the filter and the fine mesh of material will capture particles. The closer to the core of the filter the finer the filtration level. Once it reaches the center, it flows through the outlet and to your faucets.
What it removes
Our sediment filters are designed to capture a wide range of particles. This includes precipitated contaminants like iron, turbidity, sand, silt, corrosion from pipes and suspended solids. Anything smaller may pass through and may need additional water treatment equipment.
Replace as needed
When you filter is saturated and dirty, it will start to loose water flow and pressure. This is an indication that your filter needs to be replaced. If the inside core is dirty looking – you need to change the filter more often.

Outer Layer - large particles like sand and dirt is captured, filter particles proceed to next layer, this prolongs the lifespan of the filter. Middle Layer - finer filtration than outer layer - captures finer material. Inner Layer - filters out even finer particles such as rust and silt. Innermost Layer - the highest level of filtration for filtering the smallest particles. Compatible Housings : Many of the well known big, blue, clear and white housings.
