Candle Making Steps
STEP1: Fix 2 pieces of wood chips into a iron stand. In this way it can be quickly enough to absorb fuel for buring.
STEP2: Prepare a candle tin, then put the iron stand on the bottom and add some melted soy wax. The weight of the stand will ensure it stay upright.
STEP3: Let it cool and solidify in room temperature, then trim the wick about 3~5mm close to the wax.

Warm Tips
1. For use with soy wax: Please clamp two pieces of wood chips together at a time; in this way it can be quickly enough to absorb fuel for buring.
2. For use with paraffin wax: Clamping one piece of wood chip will be OK.
3. The melted wax should be cooled and solidified in room temperature, then the surface of the candle will be smooth without bubbles or cracks.
4. Trim the wick to a proper height, make the candle burn better and last longer. Either too high or too low wick height will affect the flame stability (like flickering, small and weak, or unable to stay lit for hours). It's suggested to trim it about 3~5mm (1/8 ~ 3/16 inch) pokes out the top, or test it following your own experience.
5. After burning the candle for a period of time (every few hours or longer), the wick can be trimmed to keep the flame stable and bright. Besides, always trim it before you light again.
6. Some ideas said "add combustion improver if with soy wax". We tested that clamping 2pcs wood chips together as wick is enough to make a continuous candle, no need of combustion improver or you can give it a try.
7. If you find the wick is hard to be lit or the flame is not continuous, please soak the wicks in the melted wax or fragrance oil in advance for better burning effect. But sometimes you can succeed even skipping this step (when making a candle, you have put the wick in the melted wax, so it will slightly soak the wick.).
