Operation Step:

1) Make electrolytic solution:

Use 900ml distilled water mixed with 250g electrolytic powder (half of the bottle), the container should be glass or heat-resistant plastic basin (aluminium container is prohibited), and then cool for about 20 minutes.

2) Add electrolytic solution

electrolytic solution must be lower than normal waterline, and must be higher than feeding waterline.

3) Add filter solution:

Add alcohol to the cup lower than 1/3 of the cup, the filter solution is distilled water or alcohol which adjust flame pureness and temperature.

4) Power on test:

Power on, the machine is working well if the fan works.

5) Usage

Ignite in the copper nozzle, then let the flame burn the acrylic sheets or signs equably in suitable distance, not too near and not too far. Only burn one time equably.
