1. Test machine

The machine has undergone many tests before leaving the factory. The quick connectors and plugs have been assembled. The user only needs to switch on the power and flip the start switch to start the machine. (Note: The positive pole must be connected to the red wire and the negative pole to the black wire of the vehicle-mounted air pump!) After the machine is started, first listen to whether the machine sound is abnormal (for example, friction sound, uneven running sound, air leakage sound.), all parts Whether there are loose fasteners. Tighten the vent valve (see Figure 2) and observe the operating speed of the pressure gauge pointer. It should be about 20 seconds from 0 to 300 bars (plug test state).

2. Use

First find the position of the car's battery, determine the positive and negative poles of the battery, and also make sure that the machine switch must be in the off state, and then release the bleed valve. Clamp the red clip on the positive pole head or screw, and clamp the blue (or black) clip on the negative pole head or screw, and then start the car. Pull out the test plug and store it (the test plug is an important part for checking and analyzing machine failures). Connect the quick connector and check the fit between the quick connector and the male connector (most of the main reasons for the lack of air are the air leakage caused by the mismatch between the quick connectors, usually with soapy water or side leakage for testing). Toggle the switch to start the machine and check whether the two cooling fans are operating normally. After making sure everything is normal, tighten the bleed valve and start refilling. In the process of pumping up, pay attention to the operator not to get too close to the inflatable container, please keep a certain safe distance. Observe the indicated pressure of the pressure gauge closely, the highest design pressure value of this machine is 310BARS. When the pressure reaches the required pressure value, please turn off the switch in time! Then open the bleed valve to drain the gas and water, and then disassemble the quick connector.

3. Storage

The machine is equipped with a storage bag when it leaves the factory, and the inflation is complete. First, open the vent valve to drain the water vapor, then disconnect the quick connector, connect the test plug, install the clamps on the positive and negative electrodes in order, and wipe off the oil or water on the surface of the machine. After the machine cools down for a while, wind the power cord on the machine winding plate. Put the high-pressure inflation tube into the bag after the machine is put into the storage bag to make sure it is not knotted.

4. Household

If you need to use the machine at home, please use our optional conversion power supply. The side of the conversion power supply has a built-in toggle switch and 110V and 220V indicators. The toggle switch should be based on the voltage of the place where it is used. It is 110V, please turn the switch to 110V, if it is 220V, please turn the switch to 220V, if you make a mistake, the entire power converter will be damaged. After confirming the voltage, clamp the power cord of the machine first, make sure that the red connects to the positive pole (+), and the blue or black connects to the negative pole (-)! Plug in the power socket and start the machine only after the indicator light in the power converter is on. The operation is carried out in accordance with the procedure used in the previous 2. To store, unplug the power plug first, and then store it in accordance with Store 3.

5. Collection

When placed in a car, try to avoid relying on hard objects, which will fray the storage bag and power cord. When placing it at home, try not to place it in a damp place to prevent electrical appliances from being damp and burning out. Place the machine upright as much as possible.

6. Maintenance

The machine adopts an oil-free lubrication structure, and the transmission connecting rod and transmission parts need to be replaced with special grease once a year. When replacing the grease, you need to disassemble the machine for cleaning, and replace the piston rings and seals according to the wear. Special grease must be applied evenly during the assembly process. After completion, it must be dry run for about 5 minutes before assembling the upper cover. During the pressurization process, the pressure relief valve must be opened at 10mpa, 20mpa, 30mpa, etc. to discharge excess grease.
