Preparation before use:

1. The heating ring is not installed for the first use, and the user needs to install the 17mm wrench by himself;

2. After the installation is complete, prepare a basin of water and insert both heat sinks into the water. If conditions permit, it is recommended to use cold water to enter the hot water and directly drain the waste to dissipate heat;

3. Before powering on, make sure that the main power switch is in the off position, and insert the input power cord into the 110~250VAC input interface; (when 110V input, the rated power is halved)

4. Push the main power switch on the back to supply power to the internal power supply, wait about 5-10 seconds for the main display to light up, and the water pump and fan start

5. Observe whether there is water leakage near the detachable heating ring connector. If there is water leakage, turn off the power, use a tool to tighten the connector screws until there is no water leakage (the water tightness test has been carried out at the factory)

6. Set the alarm power according to the actual use requirements, the factory default alarm power is 3200W (for detailed settings, refer to the instructions for the power meter)

Steps for usage:

1. Make sure that the main power switch on the back is off;

2. Turn on the main power switch and wait for about 5 seconds. After the power supply is stable, you will see the fan and water pump running, and the main display will show 48V or 53.5V;

3. First press the "M" button of the power meter to reset the power meter, then press the heating on, the green heating indicator light is on, or use the foot switch, the heating indicator light is on after the pedal is stepped on, and it goes out when it is released; if it is in use If the red light is on and the heating stops, first check whether the power meter has a voltage or power alarm. If there is no alarm, the water cooling is abnormal. Check whether the water cooling part is lack of water or the water pump is damaged. If the water cooling of the water pump is normal, the water cooling water temperature exceeds 50 degrees Celsius ( The solution to the excessively high water temperature is to use the cold water to enter the hot water and directly discard it, and the cooling water is not recycled);

4. Press the reset switch at the end of use, wait for about 20 seconds, and then turn off the main power switch.

Precautions for use:

1. In any case, you must turn on the main power switch and wait for the fan and water pump to work before turning on the heating, otherwise there is a risk of burning the motherboard (this item must be absolutely observed)

2. When shutting down, press the reset switch first, wait 20 seconds before turning off the main power switch. The purpose of this operation is to cool the system;

3. If possible, you can change the water circulating cooling to non-circulating water cooling where cold water enters and hot water is directly discharged, which is beneficial to reduce the system temperature (the maximum temperature of the water cooling factory is 50 degrees Celsius, and the system alarms to stop heating if it exceeds 50)

4. The multi-function display can display the power of the system and the temperature of the main board in real time. When the power is continuously greater than 2800W or the main board is greater than 75 ℃, the system should be shut down. It may be that the heated object overloads the system. This item can be set to the machine by setting the alarm current. Set alarm protection to automatically cut off heating;

5. When any one of the cooling fan and the water circulation system is not working, the main power must be turned off and not continue to work, contact the manufacturer to solve the problem;

6. The top cooling fan port and power supply cooling air inlet must not be blocked, otherwise it will affect the heat dissipation of the system;

7. The rated working voltage is AC220V, and the power of AC110V will be halved;

8. If you need to change the heating coil by yourself due to actual use requirements, you must ensure that the no-load current of the heating coil is not greater than 12A.

9. Before each heating is turned on or when the alarm is released, press the "M" button of the power meter, and then press the reset button of the machine to release the alarm of the red warning light.

Common problem solving:

1. The electric fan and water pump are not working on the system. The power meter has no display and cannot be heated. The fuse may be blown or caused by overload. You only need to replace the fuse. The fuse parameter is 6*30/15A;

2. The red warning light is on when the machine is powered on. The power supply voltage rises slowly when it is turned on for the first time. You can press reset to clear the alarm after the voltage is stable. The minimum voltage of the power meter alarm can also be set to be lower.

3. The red warning light is on during use. First, check whether the power meter displays a power alarm. The default alarm power is 3200W. If the current does not alarm, check whether the water cooling system fails or the cooling water temperature exceeds 50 degrees Celsius.

4. Press the reset button and the red warning light can not be eliminated, first press the "M" button of the power meter to try to solve it;

The thermostat can realize temperature control, (usually set as upper limit alarm).
