Product introduction:
This machine is used for oral orthopedics and restoration. For stainless steel or cobalt alloy castings such as denture brackets, crown bridges, and clasps, after sandblasting and polishing, use this machine for electropolishing to make the surface finish of the castings meet the requirements. It can also be used for processing metal castings of special handicrafts. The machine is exquisite in design, beautiful in appearance, small in size and easy to place. It adopts double-cylindrical electrolytic cells to work at the same time and has high efficiency. It is suitable for electrolytic polishing of castings at different angles. The cathode of the machine is cylindrical, the anode is a V-shaped bracket, and the bracket is equipped with crocodile clips to hang castings. The timing switch controls the electrolytic polishing time, and the electrolytic polishing current can be continuously controlled.
Precautions:
1. Please note that the power supply voltage you use must be consistent with the power supply voltage required by the machine.
2. The electrolytic cell should be checked at any time, and the leakage should be replaced in time.
3. During the working process of the machine, the polished parts, stainless steel wires and fixtures should be in good contact.
4. Before starting up, check whether the polished piece, stainless steel wire and cathode are short-circuited. If there is a short-circuit, the fault should be eliminated before starting up.
5. The surface of the polished piece must be pre-treated (remove the oxide layer, degrease, etc.), otherwise the predetermined polishing effect cannot be achieved.
6. Note that the temperature of the electrolyte during polishing should not be higher than the rated temperature of the electrolyte (about 80 degrees).
7. After the electrolyte has been working for a long time, if the voltage is increased within the normal range, the current remains unchanged or becomes smaller, and the electrolysis time is long and the effect is not good. You can add electrolyte or add a small amount of dilute sulfuric acid.
8. If the electrolyte is too dirty or too thick, the electrolyte should be replaced or filtered before refilling.
9. The machine works continuously for 90 minutes and needs to be shut down for 30 minutes.
10. If the machine needs to be overhauled, the power must be disconnected.
11. The cathode terminal of the electrolytic cell must be in good contact with the cathode hole.
12. The casing of the machine should have good protective grounding or zero connection measures.
13. Burn the fuse when starting to work, first check whether the polished piece, stainless steel wire and cathode are short-circuited.
