Tips on The Use of Epoxy Resin
| Not Cured? | Must mix the epoxy resin A and hardener B strictly at 1:1 by volume. Must stir slowly and thoroughly for 3–4 minutes to make it uniform, without drawing, and transparent. Must cure in 24 hours or more to demold. |
| Bubbles Generated? | Please pour and stir the epoxy resin and hardener slowly to avoid creating too many bubbles. If bubbles are generated, please let it stand for defoaming, or use a heat gun to eliminate bubbles. |
| Operate and Cure Time? | 40 minutes to operate, enough for use and design. 24 hours to cure, the resin epoxy thickness, curing temperature and humidity will all affect the curing speed. (Please extend the curing time based on the specific situation) |
