The laboratory high-speed shearing dispersing emulsifier is driven by a compact series-excited miniature high-speed motor, which is suitable for the stirring and mixing of low to medium and high viscosity liquids in the laboratory or pilot plant, and the shearing and emulsification of crushed particles in the liquid medium . The machine is composed of a drive motor with a high-density die-cast aluminum alloy body, a high-quality stainless steel refined shearing emulsification working head and a speed controller.

1. The mixing head must be completely immersed in the liquid before starting. Otherwise, the rotor may get stuck due to thermal expansion.
2. The homogenizer runs intermittently for no more than five minutes at a time. If the treatment capacity is small, the time can be shortened.
