Instructions for use of plug lock

I. Functional description.

The working voltage of the electric plug lock is DC12V, and the electric plug lock tongue has self-locking function. In addition, a door detection circuit and a lock core detection circuit are designed in the electric lock, which are connected out of the lock body through leads for users to detect and monitor the working state of the electric lock and the door. In addition, there are three optional locking delays in the electric lock for users to use.

2. Instructions for use and installation

1. Before use, users should read this manual carefully to see whether the main accessories are complete. Before installation, first discuss the working mode of the electric lock and try to connect it according to the circuit wiring diagram, and then carry out the actual installation after the electric lock is supported.

2. The electric lock is mainly composed of two parts: (1) aluminum alloy fittings; and (2) electric lock. During installation, the clearance distance between the matching piece and the front of the electric lock shall not exceed 3MM, the bolt hole of the matching piece shall be aligned with the bolt of the electric lock, and the matching piece shall be aligned with the electric lock.

3. There are nine kinds of leads, red, blue, white, yellow, gray, orange, green and brown, protruding from the tail of the electric lock. The red line is connected to the positive power supply (+), and the black line is connected to the negative power supply (-). Blue, white and yellow for lock core detection. Blue is normally open (NO), white is common point (NC), and yellow is normally closed (COM). When the lock cylinder pops up, the closed point will be disconnected and the normally open point will be connected. Gray, orange and green are door detection lines, green is normally open (NO), gray is common point (COM), and orange is normally closed (NC). After the door is closed in place, the on-state of the normally open point and the normally closed point are switched to each other. The brown color of the 9-line power-off lock is the signal to open the door, and the lock is unlocked at a high level.

4. Adjustment of automatic locking delay. Located in the middle of the electric lock, the locking delay time can be changed by dialing the dip switch, and the setting method has three steps of 0.3.6 seconds.

5. Structural installation. Requirements for glass installation: 10-12mm.

The bolt diameter is 12.5MM stainless steel bolt, and the pop-up length is 15MM with an error of 1 mm.

Decorative stainless steel sheet size: 210mm*35mm*0.5mm * 0.5mm.

Unlocking form: power-on unlocking or power-off unlocking (note: 9-wire power-on unlocking is completed at the factory as required).
