PLUG INConnect power adapter to power jack underneath power buttons.
ADD WATER AND ESSENTIAL OILFill water tank to under the max line and add 5-8 drops (depending on preference) essential oil.

Why Is The Diffuser Failing To Power On?
Confirm the power supply works. Ensure water tank has water below MAX line.
Why Is There No Mist/Weak Mist/Weak Fragrance?
Add proper amount of water (do not exceed MAX line). Clean neutralization plate regularly. Use stronger essential oils/add more drops.
Why Does It Leak Water?
Never exceed MAX water line. The diffuser was tipped over. Make sure to keep it level. In cold weather, wipe condensation promptly.
Why Does It Suddenly Stop Working?
Refill water when empty. Re-plug power cord if connection is loose.
Why Don't The Buttons Work?
Water entered circuit board when tipping over/adding water. Damaging the circuit board. Avoid pouring water into air outlet.
