Important Handling and Installation Instructions

Handle with care:The alumina tube is ceramic and brittle. Avoid impact, dropping, or strong external force to prevent breakage.

Proper installation:For thermocouples longer than 2 meters, do not install them horizontally. Please secure the thermocouple firmly to prevent damage caused by industrial vibration.

Allow space for thermal expansion:Leave enough space for the alumina tube to expand during heating. Insufficient expansion space may cause cracking.

Avoid rapid temperature changes:When inserting the thermocouple into a high-temperature furnace, preheat it gradually. When removing it, take it out slowly to avoid cracking caused by sudden temperature changes.

Do not place a hot alumina tube directly on the ground.
