A) When the probe contacts the water surface, the buzzer will sound, the indicator light will turn on, and the voltmeter needle will move.

Slowly lower the steel tape cable to accurately locate the point where the signal is triggered, then read the water depth from the borehole opening.

B) Reading accuracy depends on the operator’s ability to quickly identify the buzzer or indicator signal, as well as operating experience.

Repeated practice is recommended to ensure more accurate measurement results.
