Why is it spraying water instead of steam?
Please wait for 20-30S for full warm-up before use so the water can be better turned into steam.
Why is there vapor coming out when it's already turned off?
Because there will be residual vapors in the product after it has just been used. Please press the steam button to steam the rest vapor left in the product after unplugging it.
What is the applicable country and voltage for this garment steamer? Can it be used in Europe？
Only for 110-120v countries, not for European.
