• After each use of the basket, please gently tap the way to shake out the flour in the gap of the basket, do not need to clean, pls keep dry and put away.
• The fermentation basket is made of natural rattan material, made by hand, not by machine, so there is a little bit of burr (rattan is plant), it's a normal phenomenon, and it have the smell of the Rattan itself, pls keep it ventilated.
• Daily cleaning can be washed with water, pay attention to keep the rattan basket dry, no frequent cleaning, do not soak, do not use detergent. and do not store in a humid environment, or you will grow mildew.
• The basket must be evenly dried on all side after cleaning so that it does not become damp and moldy.
