· How to maintain:
· Brush butter or oil on the surface ofthe pan, then put into oven in 300 degree Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Then wipe with tissue paper ,Then you can bake normally.
· · Beware of the hot lid when you are cooling the bread.
· Washing Note: Don't use the abrasive Brush to clean the pan.
Do not use cold water to clean the hot baking pan.It will shorten the life of the non-stick baking pan.
Don't soak the pan in the water when cleaning.

You can use the pullman loaf pan with or without lid to make different shaped loaf .
Please note that the lid is used to be slided from one end to another. It is not covered from up and down.
Using the cover of the pullman pan, you can get the Rectangle loaf bread .
Without using the lid of the loaf pan, You can bake the normal raised loaf bread in our pullman bread pan.

Care of baking pan
1.Do not use metal utensils to scrape it on the surface (wood, silicone, and nylon utensils are recommended)
1. Do not wash it by dishwasher or use it on microwave oven, fire, or induction cooker.
2. Resistant up to 445℉ temperature, do not bake with empty pan.
Not Recommend Baking at a temperature above 400 Fahrenheit for more than 30 minutes.
3，Avoid Soaking the pan in water for carbon steel baking pan when cleaning. It will shorten the life of baking pan if you soak the pan in water.
