Installation conditions

1. Installation of flow rate sensor

The velocity sensor shall be installed above the center of the water surface and shall be as horizontal as possible. The transmitting surface of the sensor shall form an included angle of 30 ° - 45 ° with the water surface. There shall be no branch near the installation point of the river channel, and the flow field shall be relatively stable (in case of uncertainty, portable measurement of on-site velocity distribution can be used first), so as to determine the fixed position and method of the sensor. At present, the commonly used sensor fixing methods include fixed support type (fixed on the bank) and measuring bridge suspension type.

For portable, special test points can be set in advance on conditional rivers and channels to facilitate measurement.

2. Installation of water level gauge

Pressure water level gauge, float water level gauge and ultrasonic water level gauge can be used. For specific installation, please refer to the instructions provided by relevant products to guide the installation.

3. Host installation

Before model selection, it is required to determine the on-site power supply, and inform the manufacturer in advance. AC220V (power 20W), DC12V (power 5W) and solar power supply are optional (100W solar panels need to be selected for long-term cloudy and rainy weather).

Corresponding instrument boxes can be equipped for field installation. (there are engineering plastic explosion-proof and waterproof type, stainless steel shell type and steel plate plastic spraying shell type)
