HZ2526 series battery internal resistance tester is a newly designed battery tester with high precision and high performance. It adopts high-performance ARM microprocessor control, true-color 4.3-inch LCD display in Chinese and English, and is easy to operate. The product is a high-performance, intelligent instrument used in contact resistance, battery voltage and battery internal resistance testing. The new and improved sampling circuit can measure any kind of battery. The instrument has a professional sorting function, and the sorting sound setting is applied to the automatic sorting system to complete the automatic assembly line test. The standard USB interface is used for remote control and data acquisition and analysis, which is very suitable for mass production of batteries.
II. Performance Characteristics
4.3-inch LCD color LCD large-screen display, battery internal resistance R and voltage V simultaneously display high precision, good stability, the fastest test speed is 70 times per second, test line contact check function, built-in comparator function, six-level sorting. The HANDLER sorting interface realizes the online function of automation equipment. The standard RS232 (optional RS485) communication interface supports two communication modes of SCPI and Modbus (RTU)I
