Technical Features of the Calibrator(Model F550/D3)

1. Three parallel light pipes (F550),in low angle, horizontal angle (with fine adjustment function) and high angle respectively

2. A cross-hair board with the precision of 30” is integrated in each parallel light pipe, ideal for calibrating high precision measuring instruments.

3.The three stationary ring seats at each end of the parallel light pipe allow some space for adjustment. Users can adjust the measuring difference to suit specific needs.

4.The latest cold light source is applied, which can make the parallel light pipe more lasting.Users can adjust the intensity of the light according to your need and different lighting conditions.

5.The up-down worktable has a 250mm adjustable range. At the center of the top and bottom, there are two apertures, which can be used to test the optical system of theodolites.Such design is very user-fridendly and can accommodate more instruments

6.The up-down worktable has a large rotary handle,adding to the flexibility and user-friendliness of the product.

7. At center of the up-down worktable there is a center sprial to connect and fix the equipment to be calibrated. The spiral is suitable for screws of both English and metric measurements, so that both domestic and imported measuring equipment can be calibrate.

8.Four adjustable horizontal wheels at the base,and four circular cushion blocks to enlarge the stressed area at the base.

9. The product has an aesthetic design, a scientific structure and very high stability. The total weight of the prouct is 200kg.
