Is the included adapter PD protocol or the QC protocol?
The included adapter is 20W Power Delivery (PD), which ensures optimal charging performance with stable & significantly faster charging speeds. Some competing products using the QC protocol, which can result in slower and less reliable charging.
Is the wireless charger compatible with Android phones and can a phone case affect charging?
The wireless charger is designed exclusively for Apple devices that support magnetic wireless charging, starting with iPhone 12 and later models. Cases over 2.5 mm thick or non-magnetic may reduce charging efficiency and are not recommended.
Is the product safe to use when it gets warm/hot?
Slight warming during wireless charging is normal, especially with intensive use. The product is designed to comply with international safety standards EN 62368-1 and IEC 62368-1, ensuring it's safe to use.
Is there a recommended adapter to use with the product for wireless charging?
For optimal charging, an original 20W PD (Power Delivery) adapter is included with our product. If using a third-party adapter, we recommend selecting one that supports an output of 20W or higher with the PD protocol to ensure adequate charging speed
