1.Test pure water brix is 0.0% before every using(±0.2% accuracy),if not ,please calibrate first.

2.Sample quantity：1/2 of the depth of the sampling tank at least.

3.Cleaning measuring tank before measuring and calibration.

Please note!!!

This refractometer can measure honey water solutions ranging within 0-55% Brix. However, it cannot measure highly viscous raw honey syrup.

④Press "MEAS"button to get data within 3 seconds.
