• Why is there no picture when the HUB is connected to the HDMI display?

  When connecting the HDMI display via the USB-C HUB, the USB-C interface of the laptop must support audio and video output function. Please confirm whether the USB-C interface of your laptop has this function.

• The laptop's USB C port supports audio and video output, so why is there no display when connected to an HDMI monitor?

  Please try to disconnect the HUB from the laptop, shut down the laptop, and press and hold the laptop's power button for 40 seconds to release static electricity before reconnecting the HUB for use.

• Why doesn't HDMI output 4K?

  WindowsOS requires a separate HDMI display to be connected, and the display must support 4K resolution. MacOS supports two displays at 4K30hz resolution.

• Can I use the USB C interface to connect to a monitor?

  The USB C PD interface of the HUB only supports connecting to a PD power adapter, and the USB C data interface only supports connecting to a storage device to transfer data. If you need to connect to a monitor, please use HDMI connection.

• Why is there no audio output when connecting to a 3.5mm audio device?

  Please confirm that the USB C port of the laptop supports audio and video output. The 3.5mm audio of the HUB follows the HDMI audio output. You need to switch to LCD or HDMI audio output in the laptop sound output settings.
