| APPLICATION GUIDELINE | |
| 1. Clean surfaces. | Cut out the rough shape of the sticker according to the shape of the repaired area. Stick it around the repair area. (If necessary, the surface can be properly sanded and roughened to enhance adhesion.) |
| 2. Mix A&B. | Mix Hupeyna part A and part B in a 1:1 ratio with a stirring bar and stir for at least 60s to ensure complete mixing. A+B mix cures to a porcelain white color, if this matches the color of the area to be repaired please skip step three. |
| 3. Matching Color. | (Mix) When matching colors, shake the bottle for 10s! You can add the colorant in small amounts multiple times and stir until well blended. Please do not pour too much color paste at one time. (NOTE: Wrap the top of the color paste with a paper towel and cut it slowly with scissors to avoid splattering.) |
| 4. Apply. | Apply Hupeyna mixture to the area to be repaired, then adjust the bonding area appropriately. Use Scraper to smooth the surface and removing any stickers stuck to the surrounding area. |
| 5. Repairs Completed. | Wait 24 hours for complete curing. Protruding edges can be properly sanded with sandpaper after Hupeyna material has cured thoroughly. (Sanding is not necessary when the surface is flat.) |
APPLICATION TIPS & TRICKS
| * | 1. Porcelain repair kit takes 24 hours to fully curing. During the curing period, please do not touch with your hands, do not touch water, and do not touch solutions with certain coloring. |
| * | 2. Hupeyna Bathtub Repair Kit mixture A+B cures to a porcelain white color (without adding color paste), if color matching is required, please add color paste. |
| * | 3. (Mix）When fiberglass repair kit matching colors, shake the bottle for 10s! Please use a toothpick to dip the color paste to match the color, please do not add too much paste at once. |
| * | 4. If you want the repaired surface to remain glossy, avoid sandpapering as much as possible, as sanding may turn the surface glossy to a matte finish. |
| * | 5. When repairing, please make sure to clean the excess mixture from the surface before the mixture is fully solidified. (If there is a sticker, remove the sticker within 5min after applying the mixture. ) Because it will not be possible to remove the mixture after it has completely solidified. |
| * | 6. When repairing vertical surfaces, the repair glue may flow to a certain extent under the influence of gravity, please do not apply too much repair fluid at one time. Apply it thinly and repeat the operation several times after curing. |
