• Why doesn't the door sensor chime respond when I press the transmitter?

  Please make sure that the ''on'' button on the bottom of the door magnet transmitter is turned on and that the mounting distance between the two magnetic strips does not exceed 0.78in.

• Why can't I hear the door chime receiver ringing but the RGB light can flash after a few days of use?

  Please check if the door sensor receiver is on silent mode. If there is still no sound after adjusting the volume, please contact TECKENT after-sales and we will provide a solution for you.

• What is the maximum reception distance between the door magnet receiver and transmitter?

  The maximum installation distance between the transmitter and receiver should not exceed 1000FT (300M).

• How do I choose where to install the door magnet?

  For better use of the product, do not install the door magnet in a semi-enclosed metal frame. Avoid proximity to metal objects, household appliances and other electrical equipment.

• How to pair the door chime transmitter and receiver?

  1. Press and hold ‘↓’ button for more than 3 seconds, and hear a ‘ding’ tone, the receiver is now in the pairing status. 2. Separate the transmitter parts, the chime receiver plays the default ringtone. The pairing operation is complete.
