• Why isn't the timer turning off automatically?

  Check if the device is in AUTO mode. The schedule only works in AUTO mode. If it's in MAN mode, the timer won’t follow the program.

• The timer doesn't start at the set time, even after resetting. Why?

  Make sure the device is in AUTO mode. The program won’t run in MANUAL mode.
