  Our dimmer plug supports only specific light types: Dimmable LED/CFL - up to 150W, Incandescent 400W. The brightness of non-dimmable lights cannot be adjusted. Not compatible with smart or remotely controlled lights.

• Q2: Why I can't pair the dimmer plug with the App?

  Only for 2.4GHz WiFi, not 5GHz. Network pairing must be completed within 3 minutes. Make sure the device is installed in a location(within 300 ft without disturb obticle) with good WiFi coverage and a stable network signal.

• Q3: What if Alexa can't discover my Treatlife smart dimmer plug?

  1. Add the dimmer in the Treatlife app with a recognizable name for Alexa; 2. In the Alexa app, go to "More," then "Skills & Games," search for "Treatlife," and enable it; 3. Enter your Treatlife login in the Alexa app to connect your account.
