• Why can't I see all device statistics (e.g. battery level) in my Matter controller (Apple Home/Google Home/Alexa)?

  Our Hub converts only core properties (e.g. on/off status, temperature readings) through Matter's official clusters. Metrics requiring manufacturer-specific clusters, like power consumption history, lack universal support in the Matter ecosystem.

• What types of Matter devices does Hub M100 support?

  Hub M100 supports standard Matter protocol devices, including Matter over Wi-Fi, Matter over Ethernet, and Matter over Thread. Note: some brands expose devices via a Matter Bridge (their hub); those are bridged, not native Matter devices.

• How do I connect Matter devices to Hub M100?

  In a Matter ecosystem app such as Aqara Home or Apple Home, scan the device’s Matter code and select Hub M100 as the Matter controller. If you cannot find the code, contact the device manufacturer.
