Working Principle:

Rotary Level Switch uses a drive shaft connected to a clutch. When not in contact with,he material, the motor keeps running normally, and when the blade touches the material,it forms a resistance to prevent the rotating mechanism from rotating. Under the action of resistance contact break, cut off the motor power to stop the electrode rotation, and output a contact signal. When the material drops the blade resistance disappears, the

motor resumes rotation. Rotary Level Switch is specially designed to monitor the level of solids in silos, containers and chutes, and to reduce overflow, material waste and downtime by preventing silo overflow chute blockage and silo emptying.
