Modular ultrasonic flowmeter can be paired with three types of probes: the S-type for DN25-100 pipes, the M-type for DN50-700 pipes, and the L-type for DN300-6000 pipes. When purchasing, please ensure that the pipe diameter to be measured matches the appropriate probe!Although S, M, and L probes can all be connected to the same host, once a probe is fixed to a pipeline, it cannot be moved or detached. Therefore, it is recommended to pair each type of probe with a dedicated host. Using one host for all three types of probes is not advised.
NOTE:
"This product does not include coupling agent due to international shipping restrictions. The coupling agent is a paste-like substance that may cause shipping rejection by logistics companies.
However, the coupling agent is essential for the proper operation of the ultrasonic flowmeter. It eliminates air gaps between the sensor probe and the pipe surface, ensuring effective ultrasonic signal transmission and accurate measurements.
You may use locally available alternatives such as industrial grease, petroleum jelly, or No.2 lithium-based grease."
·The greatest advantage of the wall-mounted ultrasonic flowmeter is that it does not require pipe cutting for installation; it can measure flow directly inside the pipe using clamp-on transducers. However, compared to other in-line flowmeters, it may have some limitations in measurement
·The wall-mounted ultrasonic flowmeter is suitable for pipes made of PP,PVC, metal, or glass. However, it is not suitable for flow measurement in corrugated pipes or pipelines made of non-homogeneous materials
·Based on experience, in addition to strictly following the installation steps in the manual during setup, factors such as rust or dirt buildup inside the measured pipeline can also affect ultrasonic measurement accuracy

Typical application
