Precautions for use:
1. Do not use cheap audio signal lines. These lines are not shielded per se and generate high-frequency noise. The louder the potentiometer turns, the louder the noise.
2. The correct order of use is to connect the notebook power supply to the amplifier first, and then have the notebook power supply connected to the mains. The wrong way is to connect the notebook power supply to the mains first, and then connect the notebook plug to the digital amplifier. Because there are filter capacitors inside the digital function, they will produce 0.1 seconds of low-voltage small sparks, although it does not affect the performance, but in this way, the habit is not good.
3. Try to use a high current power supply. If only 2-3A power supply is used, the output performance will be greatly reduced.
Tips:
For sufficient output power, the higher the supply voltage, the higher the relative power if the audio input is sufficient and the supply voltage/current is sufficient. Speakers with different impedance have different output power. Please note that the higher the speaker resistance, the lower the relative sound power if the voltage and current are sufficient!
About Signal Sources
The most common signal sources are cell phones and computers. The quality of audio signals from different brands and models of cell phones and computers varies. Generally speaking, if the audio signal comes directly from the computer's motherboard, it is of poor quality and cannot be heard at low volume, but it will be obvious when amplified by an amplifier.
If you are not satisfied with the sound quality of the computer itself, you can go to the store and purchase a USB decoder (a statement for external USB sound cards) to improve the audio source and greatly reduce the noise.
