III.Description
SmallRig Follow Focus F50 4745 delivers precise focus control for video production. Its ingenious adjustable driving gap design eliminates backlash, ensuring a seamless focus experience. The one-touch stepless damping lever allows dynamic damping control within a range of 0.3kgf–1.0kgf, catering to diverse lens damping preferences, while 2-step A/B stop switching and 360° swift push-pull zoom enhance versatility.
Included is a silicone gear (ID 3852) that enables friction-driven focus for mirrorless lenses, along with a compact silicone handwheel for a non-slip grip and fine-tuned control. This follow focus mounts using a Φ15mm rod and a single rod clamp (ID 1549) on the left or top of the lens, with adjustable angles for flexible configurations. Its modular design ensures a quick and precise setup for handheld, tripod, and various shooting scenarios.
IV.Precautions
1.Ensure the silicone gear fits tightly with the lens ring. If slippage occurs with high-damping zoom lenses, check for looseness between the silicone gear and the lens.
2.The silicone gear is compatible only with DSLR and mirrorless lenses. Please remove it before using cinema lenses.
