This product is a PCIe 5.0 x16 GPU riser cable.
It is used to extend a graphics card from the motherboard PCIe x16 slot.
It supports PCIe 5.0 standard and is backward compatible with PCIe 4.0 / PCIe 3.0.
It does not make PCIe 3.0 or PCIe 4.0 hardware run at PCIe 5.0 speed.
The actual working speed is determined by the lowest PCIe version among the motherboard, CPU, graphics card, riser cable, and BIOS setting.
Examples:
PCIe 5.0 riser cable + PCIe 5.0 motherboard + PCIe 5.0 device = can run at PCIe 5.0 speed if BIOS and hardware support it.

Choose PCIe 3.0 x16 if:

Installation TipsTurn off the computer and disconnect the power before installation.
Insert the PCIe gold finger connector fully into the motherboard PCIe x16 slot.
Insert the graphics card firmly into the PCIe x16 slot of the riser cable.
Make sure the graphics card is fixed properly with a bracket or case support.
Do not fold, twist, or sharply bend the cable near the connector.
If the computer has no display, black screen, or unstable signal, please enter BIOS and manually set the PCIe slot speed to Gen3, Gen4, or Gen5 according to your hardware compatibility.
