Important Compatibility Notice:
This product is for PCIe signal extension via MCIO interface. It does not convert SATA, SAS or other non-PCIe signals.
Please confirm that your motherboard or host device MCIO interface supports PCIe signal output before purchase. Some MCIO interfaces may have different pin definitions and may not be compatible.
If you use two PCIe x16 backplanes at the same time, the motherboard may need to support PCIe bifurcation, such as x8 + x8 mode. Please check your motherboard BIOS before purchase.
The actual speed depends on the lowest PCIe generation among the motherboard, CPU, adapter card, cable and PCIe device. For example, if one device only supports PCIe 4.0, the system will run at PCIe 4.0 speed even when using a PCIe 5.0 cable.
For high-power graphics cards, please connect the external GPU power cable correctly. Do not rely only on the PCIe slot power.
This product does not support hot plugging. Please turn off the computer power before installation or removal.
Please avoid excessive bending, pulling or twisting of the MCIO cable. High-speed PCIe cables require careful installation to maintain stable signal transmission.
If the device is not detected after installation, please check the following:
Confirm the MCIO cable direction and connection
Check whether the motherboard supports PCIe bifurcation
Try setting BIOS PCIe speed to Gen4 or Gen3 for compatibility testing
Confirm that the PCIe device and power supply are working correctly
Reinsert the adapter card, backplane and cable
