Caution:

1. All liquids cannot be mixed: they must follow the order of this process, otherwise the department will not be responsible for adverse chemical reactions.

2. Attention channel, when using a syringe syringe, the force channel must be light and cannot be pressed quickly without brute force, otherwise the internal crystals of some nozzles will be crushed by liquid stamping, which is not responsible.

3. Each liquid has its own uses:

1 The cleaning liquid is used to clean the UV ink left in the printing head;

2. The repair liquid is used to clean the cleaning liquid left inside the nozzle to avoid adverse chemical reactions between the cleaning liquid and immortal water;

3 Fairy water is used to dissolve ink blocked in the printing head. It should not stay in the nozzle for too long. It should be flushed with repair liquid in time to avoid residue.

Operation process：
Prepare tools 1 brand-new syringe, ink cleaning liquid, fairy water, repair liquid, dust-free cloth, clean container (for placing
nozzles), waste ink buckets, gloves.

Operation One:
Print the test strip to see which ink channel is blocked and brushed oblique spray. Open the ink inlet at one end of the nozzle and close the other end. Use a syringe to extract an appropriate amount of cleaning liquid into each channel of the nozzle from one end of the inlet. Wash until the cleaning liquid sprayed from each channel is transparent, and then air and empty the cleaning liquid.

Operation two:
Extract fairy water with a new syringe and inject 500ml of fairy water into the ink channel with plugging and brushing oblique spraying. Beat out 40ml, leave 10ml in the ink for 5-20 minutes (determined according to the severity of the nozzle plug), then press out 10ml from the nozzle, and finally beat the air to empty the fairy water a few more times, and wipe the surface of the nozzle with a dust-free cloth in time.

Operation 3:
Finally, draw 50ml of repair liquid 2 to 3 times, wash the water in the nozzle, enter the ink tube, and the ink pipe will come
out. There will be bubbles. After flushing the bubble, plug the ink pipe and press the repair liquid to see if the water line
ejected by the nozzle is complete. And a few more times of the repair liquid in the air empty nozzle. Clean the surface of the nozzle with a dust-free cloth in time.
