(2) After starting work, the electronic digital display window in the upper left corner of the electrical box will automatically accumulate working time. When the accumulated working time reaches 400 hours, the buzzer in the control box will automatically alarm and cut off the power. At this time, the motor carbon brush ④ should be replaced and the air filter ⑧ should be cleaned before starting work.

(3) During work, the dust collector ⑩ must be cleaned once every shift and the dust in the bag should be poured out to avoid excessive dust accumulation affecting the air intake or breaking the dust bag and damaging the motor. A new bag should be replaced every two weeks.

How to clean and replace the dust bag

Turn off the power and open the front door. Press the spring pressure plate above the dust bag to remove the dust bag and clean or replace the dust bag.

1. Turn off the power;

2. Open the back cover, disconnect the connector between the motor and the electrical control box, and open the front door at the same time. Unscrew the air filter⑧ (threaded structure fixed), use a cross screwdriver to remove the two screws on the front and back of the motor mounting bracket ⑨, and then pull the motor ⑤ and the motor mounting bracket ⑨ out from the back.

3. Unplug the power cord connector on the carbon brush holder ④ on both sides of the upper end of the motor, first flip it up, use a fine point to push the self-locking point on the connector to pull the connector out, then unscrew the two fixing screws to remove the carbon brush holder, and replace it with a new one (Note: both sides must be replaced at the same time.)

4. After replacing the carbon brush, use a dry brush to clean the dust on the surface and folds of the air filter ⑧. It is best to blow it with compressed air. Finally, press the digital display timing reset switch ⑤ on the back of the electrical box to reset it to zero and restart the timing.

5. After use, please unplug the power plug.
