Huepar Stud Finder Wall Scanner SF01 Feature:

3 stud modes (detection depth: 13mm, 25mm, 38mm):

You can set the stud detection mode in 3 steps from the depth.

When searching for studs, you can guess the depth range of the studs by switching from shallow mode to deep mode, which is convenient when nailing or drilling holes.

Metal mode (detection depth: 60 mm):

While Stud Mode can detect both metal and wood, Metal Mode can only detect metal, so you can tell if a stud material is wood or metal.

AC Wire Mode:

You can locate wires in wire mode.

Warning of live wires behind a wall

To prevent accidents such as hitting a wire when hitting a nail or anchor, regardless of the detection method, the wire warning sign informs you that an AC line is nearby.

How to Detect Studs:

Step1: Default setting

Press the scan button to view individual symbols.

When the single number disappears and the buzzer sounds, the initial setup is complete.

To maintain measurement accuracy, be sure to use the scan button for initial settings before testing.

Step2: Detect the end of the stud

Put it on the wall and slide it slowly.

As you approach the end of the stud, it indicates where the end of the stud is.

Step 3: Detect the center of the stud

As you approach the center of the stud, "CENTER" will appear and you will hear a "pee" sound.

The number of bars will increase as the single strength sign approaches the stud.

FIVE SCAN MODES:

The digital wall scanner offers 5 scanning modes - Three stud scan modes in different depths, Metal scan mode and AC Wire mode. Stud scan modes include 1⁄2" (12mm) deep, 1" (25 mm) deep and 11⁄2" (38 mm). Metal detection mode can detect metal up to 2.36" (60 mm) deep, AC scan mode can detect live AC wires up to 2" (51mm) deep. In stud mode you can detect metal and wood, so you can tell if the material of the stud is wood or metal.
