How do you adjust the angle of your brake levers for a more comfortable ride?

In the cycling state, hold the handlebar sleeve in your hand, put your fingers on the brake handlebar, the direction of the fingers is in a straight line with the back of the hand and the arm, and the angle between the regular brake handle and the ground is between 25-45 degrees.
