The Kendryte K230 chip represents the latest generation SoC product in Canaan’s Kendryte® series of AIoT chips. With its versatility, the K230 finds applications in a plethora of smart hardware products, ranging from smart door locks, home smart security cameras, dictionary pens, and payment recognition devices to 3D structured light vision modules, drones, interactive robots, smart home appliances, smart toys, and even in smart manufacturing and intelligent vehicle cockpits, among many other fields.

Independent-developed third-generation KPU

Capable of supporting INT8 and INT16.

The chip exhibits remarkable inference performance, surpassing K210 by 13.7 times under typical CNN networks，with a MAC utilization rate exceeding 70%.

K230 Development Board

The K230 Development Board is designed for users to evaluate the performance of the K230 chip. It comes equipped with a dual-core RISC-V chip, boasting a main frequency of up to 1.6GHz. Furthermore, it features a third-generation KPU processing unit, known for its high-performance AI inference engine. Offering a wide array of development tools and resources, the board proves to be an ideal choice for professional developers looking to build prototypes and assess performance.
