Q&A

1.Can VM20 be connected to XLR devices?
You can use a 3.5mm to XLR cable to connect to the XLR device. Note that the camera or recorder at one end of the XLR cable needs to turn off the phantom power supply to avoid burning the audio cable or microphone.

2.Can the USB-C port of the VM20 be used for audio output?
VM20 currently only supports 3.5mm analog output, the USB-C port is only used for charging, and subsequent products will support digital output

3.Why does my VM20 make noise when I use it while charging?
Due to the use of AC power, we recommend that the VM20 be powered by a DC power supply, such as a power bank or a V-port battery with a USB output, or a charger and charging cable with a filter function.
