Main characteristics
Temperature acquisition module based on RS485 interface and Modbus protocol.
Isolate RS485 interface and support Modbus RTU protocol.
Temperature calculation is completed inside the module, and the temperature value can be read directly, in Celsius.
All module interfaces are equipped with protective elements, and the measuring terminal GND is isolated from the power supply to protect the interface chip.
Power supply: DC 8-30V. The measured power consumption is 9mA at 30V, 12mA at 24V, 23mA at 12V and 33mA at 8V.
The standard 35mm guide rail installation method is adopted.
Boundary dimension: 145 L * 90 W * 40 H
Working temperature: - 35 ℃~+50 ℃.
Application field: liquid and gas temperature measurement field, usually NTC temperature measurement range is - 40 ℃ - 150 ℃. The accuracy is 0.1 ℃.
The NTC module obtains the corresponding temperature by measuring the resistance. When the user selects the probe, the change of the resistance value corresponding to the temperature measurement range should be within the module
The resistance measurement range of the module is as follows:

NTC resistance temperature acquisition module:
Support various NTC resistance temperature measurement, and calculate the corresponding relationship between temperature and resistance value through the following formula:
Rt = R *EXP(B*(1/T1-1/T2))
The above formula is explained as follows:
1. Rt is the resistance value of thermistor at T1 temperature;
2. R is the nominal resistance of the thermistor at T2 room temperature;
3. B value is an important parameter of thermistor;
4. EXP is e to the nth power;
5. Here T1 and T2 refer to K degree, i.e. Kelvin temperature, K degree=273.15 (absolute temperature)+Celsius;
For example: NTC thermistor with a nominal resistance of 5K at 25 degrees and a B value of 3470K
Then its R=5000, T2=273.15+25, B=3470, RT=5000 * EXP (3470 * (1/T1-1/(273.15+25)),
At this time, the resistance value of the thermistor at the corresponding temperature can be obtained by substituting T1 temperature
Therefore; By measuring the resistance value of NTC, the current temperature can be obtained by reverse derivation.
NTC has two important parameters: the following software is required to write the parameters into the module.
R25: zero power resistance value at 25 ℃. Unless otherwise specified, it is the nominal resistance of NTC.
B value: thermal sensitivity index, which is defined as the difference between the natural logarithm of zero power resistance at two temperatures and the difference between the reciprocal of two temperatures.

Power supply V+: positive pole of DC power supply
Power GND: negative pole and common terminal of DC power supply
R (x), IN (x): NTC sensor power supply terminal, about 0.1mA output.
GND: NTC sensor common terminal.
