First, use the controller to test that it is functioning properly before disconnecting the power and connecting the signal converter.
Step 1:
Insert the black plug of the black red and white signal cable into the corresponding channel of the receiver.
IN:DC15V~80V Use batteries with positive terminals (+) below 60V.
IN:DC- Connect the negative electrode of the pool
GND/DC- Connect the controller to the negative pole of the handle wire (usually a black wire)
OUT: 4.2V (speed control) connected to the controller and the speed control line (usually a green line)
Turn on the red wire without connecting it, then test if the speed can be adjusted by powering on. If it is normal, the next step is to proceed.
Step 2:
L/R (reverse) connected to the controller reverse line
The reverse negative wire of the controller generally does not need to be connected to another black wire if connected to other black wires.
Then power on and test if it can reverse normally.
Attention: Due to the protection detection of the control, the motor needs to stop rotating before reversing. The remote control should be turned slowly, as there may be no response if turned quickly.
Step Three
If the brake negative wire of the low-level brake controller is connected to other black wires, it generally does not need to be connected to another black wire.
L/P (brake) is connected to the low-level brake cable of the controller (only other types are connected)
H/P (brake) is connected to the high-level brake cable of the controller (only other types are connected)
Some brakes can stop the motor, while others do not stop the motor. Whether or not the motor can be stopped depends on the controller.
Then power on for testing.
Step 4 (Three speed Line/Three speed Line)
The yellow signal line is connected to the channel corresponding to the three level switch on the remote control.
If GND is connected to other black wires of the controller, it is generally not necessary to connect another black wire.
Connect KD-A (switch) and KD-B (switch) to two separate wires.
The fourth step can be disconnected and connected as needed.
